| Business valuations are used to determine or estimate the value of an operating business, especially the value of
the common stock, the owners’ equity, or the value of stock options.
Sometimes it is necessary to determine the
value of specific intangible assets. Some BVG members also provide real estate valuations or machinery and
equipment valuations.
